We've had 6 water leaks and destroyed my ceilings and in my daughter's bathroom and her room. I was cleaning my toilet and the pain literally came off the seat. The Pest Control here is a freaking joke, there useless.

The window and wall insulation in the apartment is basically non-existent and your heating and cooling bills will definitely show that...so far mine are sky high this winter. The apartments are cheap compared to others around the neighborhood. I can hear my neighbors talk and I can hear every time the people above me walk which is very annoying at night and in the morning when I’m trying to sleep. They show you the nice model and give you an apartment that is old and nothing gets fixed until maintenance feels like it. Neighbors play loud music whenever and management does nothing about it. I’ve called the police on them 3 times and still nothing is done.

Landmark has been a wonderful place to live for the past year. The property management is responsive and always very nice and welcoming. The apartments are modern and light-filled spaces with unparalleled amenities.

After calling the office, the employee seemed to think the pool was supposed to be open and then proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t get a call back about it for another 3 days. All this after they sent us a celebratory email informing us that their staff are going on a 4 day work week. Not to mention the issues we’ve had with roaches and gnats. The land was located on both sides of the Maryland-District of Columbia border. The land was intended for a church, office building, printer, and residences for prominent members of the church. In 1903, the Seventh-day Adventist Church decided to move their headquarters to the Washington area after its headquarters' publishing house in Battle Creek, Michigan, had burned to the ground. The church decided that moving to a more urban setting would be a more appropriate place from which to increase the church's presence in the southern states.
